FCC Medio Ambiente receives the Best Company For All Talent award in recognition of its Diversity, Equality and Inclusion policies

FCC Medio Ambiente receives the Best Company For All Talent award in recognition of its Diversity, Equality and Inclusion policies

FCC Medio Ambiente has been recognised as Best Company For All Talent 2025 by Equipos & Talento magazine for its work in diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI). The company received the award at a gala held on 17th June at the Teatro Real in Madrid, where it was accepted by its CEO, Francisco Javier Irigoyen.

This award, presented by Equipos & Talento as part of its diversity and female empowerment programmes, comes after the company received the ‘Diversity Leading Company’ distinction in 2024 in recognition of its diversity management. The new seal also recognises the work carried out by the company in the many facets of diversity, equality and inclusion, such as junior talent management, leveraging senior know-how, the multicultural composition of its teams and the integration of people with disabilities, those at risk of social exclusion and refugees.

All policies and initiatives developed by FCC Medio Ambiente within the framework of the Strategic Plan for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, under the slogan NOW IS THE TIME, fall within the social axis of its 2050 Sustainability Strategy, a 30-year business development roadmap which, specifically in social matters, establishes key measures for the creation of stable, quality employment, the creation of equal, diverse and safe working environments, the training and development of internal talent and the fight against social inequalities.

This distinction joins other DEI-related awards received by the company, including the Distinction for Equality in the Workplace (2021) from the Ministry of Equality, the Award for Best Diversity Master Plan (2022) from the Fundación Diversidad and, more recently, the Award for Best DE&I Strategic Plan (2024) from the Adecco Foundation.
