Norte Joven Association

FCC has signed a collaboration agreement with the Norte Joven Association for the hiring of young people and adults from its Employment Exchange. This agreement is part of FCC Environment's social commitment to the communities to which it provides services, promoting the improved employability and social integration of vulnerable groups with difficulties in accessing employment.

This collaboration has already allowed FCC Environment to employ 26 people as street cleaners working weekend and holiday shifts.

The signing of this agreement encourages both entities to continue working together in this initiative in order to offer this disadvantaged group new opportunities in the field of street cleaning and in other fields such as facility management and environmental services. In addition, it opens the way to training and labour insertion in jobs for which FCC has vacancies, undertaking new collaborative projects that improve the employability of disadvantaged groups.
