This plan consists of an action programme focused on increasing the autonomy, integration and subsequent insertion in the labour market of disabled relatives of FCC group employees. In 2016, more than 40 families took advantage of the therapies and advice provided by personnel specialised in functional diversity, thereby expanding their social and job opportunities.
