FCC Medio Ambiente and the Madrid Employment Agency sign a collaboration agreement to promote the hiring of people with labour integration problems

FCC Medio Ambiente has signed a collaboration agreement with the Madrid Employment Agency to promote the hiring of people with labour integration difficulties. The signing took place today and was attended by Miguel Ángel Redondo, delegate of the Department of Economy, Innovation and Employment in his capacity as the Madrid Employment Agency's Governing Councillor, and José María Meneses, Agency's manager. Representing FCC Medio Ambiente were Luis Suárez, director of Human Resources, and Raúl Pérez, director of the Madrid delegation.

This agreement seeks to boost collaboration in the field of labour intermediation and training  for employment with the aim of establishing a public-private partnership that leads to greater efficiency in the incorporation of unemployed people into the labour market. Both entities have signed the agreement as part of their commitment to the full integration of people to improve their quality of life and promote social cohesion.

FCC Medio Ambiente has thus become the first company in the industry to sign this kind of agreement, which is an endorsement of the company's commitment to inclusive economy, solidarity and social responsibility.

The company's commitment to the development of more sustainable and responsible communities based on equality, resilience and the inclusion of diverse groups through the design and implementation of social sustainability practices is once again reaffirmed.
