Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the principles and guidelines that must govern the conduct of all those associated with FCC Medio Ambiente, ensuring behaviour that is ethical, responsible and in line with the highest ethical standards.
Its purpose is to ensure strict compliance with current legislation, as well as with the organisation’s internal regulations, contracts and ethical principles. The Code addresses, amongst other aspects, the prevention of corruption and bribery, respect for human rights, human capital development, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
It applies in all countries where FCC Medio Ambiente operates and is mandatory for employees, managers, partners, suppliers and contractors, regardless of their contractual relationship or geographical location.
Furthermore, the Code reinforces the corporate culture, consolidates the organisation’s shared values and fosters a culture of compliance, contributing to the creation of long-term sustainable value.
