On 22^nd February, European Equal Pay Day is celebrated in Spain to raise awareness and educate the public about the fact that there is still a pay gap between men and women in our country. 

The gender pay gap can be defined as the difference between the salary earned by a woman and that earned by a man in cases where they carry out equivalent work or work of equal value. 
        
At FCC Medio Ambiente we continue to work day by day to guarantee fair and equitable remuneration to our entire workforce, eliminating any discrimination based on gender and supporting a balanced distribution of personal and family obligations, which continue to be one of the main causes of the unequal pay gap.
