FCC participated in a business round table on good practices in the integration of women in the workpla- ce who have suffered gender-based violence, organised by the Integra Foundation, within the framework of Compromiso Integra, the network of companies committed to socially responsible employment. During the meeting, wide-ranging companies shared their success stories with the 16 companies that attended in order to learn new lines of action and find out how these companies are incorporating female victims of violence into their work- forces.
